Rindö Harbour is located in Stockholm’s beautiful mid and outer archipelago, about 10 minutes from Vaxholm. This well-sheltered harbour is a natural meeting place for both boaters and visitors on land. It’s a lively spot, especially during the summer season.
Berths
Rindö Harbour offers 13 guest berths that can be booked via Dockspot. You can also arrive without a reservation and pay on-site if the berth is not already booked. The berths vary in size, with availability for boats up to 12 meters in length. Outside the harbour, there is a quay where larger boats can moor alongside.

The harbour has a service building with showers and toilets for overnight guests. Nearby, you’ll find Ostmakeriet, where you can buy award-winning cheeses, and enjoy great food at Restaurant Syrran & Jag (formerly Batteriet), which boasts one of the best locations in the archipelago. You can also try locally produced beer from Vaxholm Brewery, also located on Rindö. A local grocery store is about 2.5 km away in the middle of the island. An authorized Volvo Penta workshop is located in the harbour as well. Waste disposal is available in a small red building about 50 meters before the Volvo Penta workshop. The access code is provided once you have paid for your berth via Dockspot.

Rindö was originally a military island, with fortifications dating back to the time of Gustav Vasa. Remains from Sweden’s military history can still be seen. Don’t miss a visit to the Oscar Fredriksborg fortress, located at Oxdjupet within walking distance from the harbour.
