How do I send a reservation request?
Send a reservation request by following these easy steps:
- Choose which marina to visit
- Add your boat measurements
- Choose the duration of your stay
- Choose extras such as electricity
- Pay through our secure payment gateway
Once the reservation request is sent to the marina, you will receive a confirmation email.
When the marina has answered, usually within 24 hours, you will receive an email letting you know if the marina is able to accommodate you.
You can view your upcoming reservations on the "My booking" page at any time.
What happens if my payment doesn’t go through?
When you click Proceed to payment
, the system automatically creates your reservation and waits for a signal that the authorization is successful. If the authorization does not go through, the reservation will be deleted after 30 minutes. If you experience difficulties while paying for your reservation, please check that your card is valid for online purchases. You might need an authentication from your bank. If you are still experiencing problems please contact our support!
When do I need to check out from my berth?
Checkout times vary between marinas. Please check your confirmation email or the booking detail page to see the times for the marina. Please speak to the Dockmaster if you need to stay longer.
What time can I arrive?

How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your reservation, go to "My bookings" and click on the reservation you want to cancel. Cancellation policies vary between marinas, so please read the cancellation policy before you continue with the cancellation. Click "Request cancellation" and add a reason. When the marina answers the request you will get a confirmation email.
If the marina hasn't replied to your Reservation request, you can always cancel your request without waiting for acceptance.
Can arrival date be changed?
Changing arrival date may be possible if the marina has availability on the new date. To request a change of arrival, please contact the marina directly. You find the contact details on the marina detail page as well as in your reservation details.
Can I change the length of my booking?
Changing the duration for the reservation may be possible if the marina has availability during the new dates. To request a change of duration, please contact the marina directly. You find the contact details on the marina detail page as well as in your reservation details.
Is there a Dockspot app?
Yes it is. Dockspot has an app for both Android and iOS/iPadOS. To download the app, please visit App store or Google Play and search for Dockspot.
Why do I need to sign up?
You need to register some details, such as boat measurements and contact information, in order for the marina to safely serve you during your stay. By saving these details, it’s easier to make new reservation request without needing to re-enter your information every time. A Dockspot account also allows you to view the details of your bookings.
