We help you create an attractive booking page on our booking portal for your marina. Dockspot's service has been used by 95,000 guests, from more than 100 countries. Dockspot is not only a booking and payment service, it’s also a great way to increase your audience.

The Guest handles everything on Dockspot

Your guest is booking, paying, and if needed, make changes to their booking at Dockspot. In addition to the booking confirmation, the guest will have access to all necessary information on the day of arrival, such as codes for showers, bathrooms, and garbage bins.

Dockspot support

To ensure your guests feel well taken care of, we have the support crew up and running between 9am to 7pm CET every day all year round. Telephone and e-mail are manned by employees with over 30 years of experience in the industry. For you harbour masters, we are available between 9am to 10pm CET seven days a week in the period from 1 June to the end of August.

Marina advantages

Number of berths and open periods

You choose the number of bookable berths in your marina and what dates they should be bookable. For example, during the off-season periods you may have fewer berths open for booking, while during the high season you will be expanding with more. Dockspot is made to support your business, you can choose to have every berth bookable or just a few. The choice is entirely yours and it’s easy to adjust over time. Why not try with just a couple of bookable berths next season?

Booking information

There are two ways to access information about your upcoming bookings and you can of course use both. You can choose to receive an email with a detailed booking list each morning or log on to the marina admin for more extensive information. The daily booking list includes the following information:

  1. The number of the booked berths
  2. The guest's name
  3. Phone number
  4. Boat model

On dockspot.com you can access all the above information as well as searchable booking details, statistics, financial data and much more.

Your harbour fees will automatically be transferred to your marina

We use PayEx Sverige AB, one of the Nordic’s largest payment solution providers which is used by many major services and companies, such as Blocket and Cirkle K. We have chosen to use a well-known partner to make you and the guest feel safe and secure. We transfer the booking fees to your account, including necessary invoice information to keep booking keeping easy.


Pay and Stay

Dockspots Pay and Stay service makes it easy for your drop-in guests to pay the harbour fee without even leaving the boat. It also simplifies your administration and makes it easier to overview paid guests in your marina.

Easy mooring, payment and facilities access

The number and location of the berth is shown on Dockspot as a satellite image so that the guest can easily pay for the right berth. After payment is completed, the guest receives a payment confirmation with information, such as codes for showers, toilets and garbage bins as well as other important information of your choice.

Choose which periods you want the service activated

The service can be used throughout, or for specific periods of the season. It offers guests who prefer, or are used to Dockspot to pay the harbour fee through the Pay‘n‘Stay service. Today, we have marinas that use the service the entire season and others that use it as a complement to a manned harbour office or when the office is closed.

You can see all payments via your admin account at dockspot.com. Just log on with your mobile, tablet or laptop wherever you are.
