Nässlingen

Description

Nässlingen has closed for the season. Marina reopens  beginning of summer, 2024.

Formerly a homestead, Nässlingen is nestled in the middle of the archipelago surrounded by  forests and wide open spaces.

Since the 1940s when the farm closed down, the community has served as a holiday village and later became a conference center. Since 2020, Nässlingen has  returned to its agricultural roots. The Jämtland goats now roam the island to help nature conservation efforts, keeping the grasslands and landscape open.

In Nässlingen Harbor, you’ll find the Bryggan restaurant, a favorite spot serving up delicious food where you can spend an unforgettable evening as the sun goes down. If you’re in the mood for outdoor recreation, Nässlingen also has a football pitch, exercise path, barbecue area and Petanque court.
